How do we get set up?
Next, machines are delivered and installed at NO Charge to you! SMJR Vending covers all maintenance, repairs and stocking of machines. Our vending machines feature the latest technology from “iVendor Guaranteed Delivery” to Nayax credit card readers that accept mobile payment.
Do we receive support from vendor?
Once installed, ongoing service is provided to ensure that your machines are stocked and never out of product. Should you need assistance in between our scheduled fill days, simply call us and our service division will be out the same day or within 24 hours to resolve any issues.
Is it really free?
Yes! We the operator owns, services and is entirely responsible for the machine. The only thing you provide is a viable location and an electrical outlet.
How do I qualify?
Most locations should have medium-to-high daily foot traffic in customers and/or employees, as well as a sensible and prominent place within your location to put the machine. Every location is a little unique, so if you’re unsure please call us and we’ll ask you some more qualifying questions.
How soon can I get it?
As soon as you sign a Location Agreement with SMJR Vending, the machine can usually be delivered in 7 calendar days or less! Keep in mind this does not include other factors and potential delays prior to signing the Location Agreement.
